How do I place an Order?
Placing an order with Zendai™ is simple:

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zendaiincense.com. We process orders within 5-7 business days, so prompt communication is essential. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

How Can I Return a Product?
Zendai™ offers a 30-day return policy for most items. To initiate a return:
Ensure the product is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
