Your continued use of the Site after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Because products may be handmade, naturally varied, or photographed under different lighting, the delivered item may have minor differences in color, texture, pattern, finish, or appearance from the image displayed on your device. These differences do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
Customers are responsible for using, cleaning, storing, and maintaining products in accordance with any instructions supplied with the product. Incense, oils, mists, perfumes, and other products involving heat, flame, smoke, fragrance, or alcohol must be used carefully and in accordance with applicable safety instructions. Zendai is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, unsafe placement, improper cleaning, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow product instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

Prices, promotions, product descriptions, inventory, shipping charges, and availability may change without notice. Zendai may limit quantities, refuse an order, discontinue a product, modify the Site, suspend a feature, or discontinue part of the Services at any time.
Zendai is not responsible for a modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Zendai reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, automated systems, or persons attempting to evade purchase limits. 8. Payment Terms

An order may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded if payment is declined, cannot be verified, is suspected to be fraudulent, or is affected by a pricing or system error.
9. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Zendai. You may stop using the Site at any time. Zendai may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, or restrict use if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the Site unlawfully.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will survive termination.
19. Governing Law & Venue
The current Zendai Terms of Use state that the Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Because this provision may not align with Zendai’s listed U.S. business address and operating structure, Zendai must confirm the intended governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions with qualified counsel before publishing this rewrite.
After confirmation, this section should be updated to identify the selected governing law and the courts or dispute forum with jurisdiction, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where the customer lives.
20. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Zendai concerning your use of the Site and the purchase of products through the Site. They supersede prior or contemporaneous statements about the same subject matter, except where a written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
